Membership in the Roper Mountain Astronomers is open to anyone with an interest in enjoying and learning more about astronomy, observing the skies, and having a fun time.

• Monthly meetings with informative presentations
• Monthly star parties at our Dark Sky Site
• RMA Newsletter, “The Spectrum”
• Supervised access to the 23” Clark Refractor, an historic telescope, 8th largest of its kind in the United States.
• Opportunities to interact and share information with other amateur astronomers at star parties
• Opportunity to participate in astronomy educational outreach programs at the science center, at schools and in the community.

Dues Help with:

• Honorariums and travel expenses for guest speakers
• Publishing the newsletter, “The Spectrum
• Purchasing and maintaining club equipment

Your membership means that our club can continue to be an active and vital part of the community.  Every member strengthens our club and even though you may not have time to be personally involved your membership dues support the actions of other club members who avail themselves to public outreach. Membership Dues are paid annually. 

Please note that Family Memberships include a "bundle" feature, with which additional family members can be added with individual logins.
