We will be at the Roper Mountain Science Center for this meeting!

At this month's meeting, we will have a presentation by our president, David Quattlebaum describing how he became interested in astronomy. David will share what drove his interest in the hobby and what his journey has looked like. 

He will share different Astronomy equipment he has used and the decision process in selecting each piece of equipment. 

Finally he will share how he has grown as an astrophotographer and some of the things he has learned along the way.
