About the Photographer: Allen has been a RMA member since 2019 and interested in astronomy his entire life. He images DSOs from home using a William Optics 80mm refractor, an Astrotech 65edq refractor, and a Celestron C-8 telescope with DSLRs and Atik cameras. He also images planets with a Meade 12" SCT and a ZWO planetary camera. He and his wife (Kathleen) has lived in Simpsonville since 1994 and have three sons and one grand daughter.
